Thursday, June 29, 2017:

  • 11:30 – 12:00 – Gallery Crawl: Meet the Visual Artists and Creative Writers
  • 12:00 – 1:30 – Performance Sharing in the gym

 

** For your child’s safety, please DO NOT drop your child off before 8:00 am each day. There will be no adult supervision until that time.

** On the last day of the program, from 12:00-1:30, will be our Performance Sharing time. Prior to that, there will be a Gallery Crawl featuring the work of our Visual Art and Creative Writing majors from 11:30-12:00. All students will be a part of the Performance Sharing in some way and we ask that ALL students stay until the end of the program to support their classmates.

** Each moment is packed with instruction. It is very disruptive to both your child and his or her classmates if they are removed early from instruction or arrive late. Please do not remove your child from the program early and please try to have your child here ON TIME (8:30 AM)! We ask that you please refrain from making any appointments (doctor, dentist, etc.) during the duration of the program. Failure to participate in all 8 days of the program could jeopardize your child’s alumni status! If your child will be absent for any reason, please email the program Director and Lead Teacher to notify them of your child’s absence.
